We received our first toilet damaged. It was very clear that it was a return toilet as there was not an ounce of foam in the box which made it very unsecure, the bottom had no protection and therefore caused a big chunk of ceramic to break during shipping. This caused some delays although customer service promptly shipped another new toilet which was in all of its original packing. While it was very disappointing to receive a return toilet, we absolutely love the new installed toilet. It is very sleek and ultra modern looking. We are definitely considering changing our other 2 toilets in the house. I gave it a 4 star due to the inconvenience of receiving a return toilet which was damaged upon receipt.
