Delivery Checklist
At Bathify, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. While all items
are thoroughly inspected before shipping, in rare cases, accidents may occur during transit. To
assist you in receiving your order smoothly, please review the following instructions:
Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery
- Check all items at the time of delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.
- Open the top of the box and inspect the contents.
- If you notice any damage, no matter how small, note it on the Bill of Lading before signing.
- If the item is visibly damaged and you do not wish to accept it, you may refuse delivery.
What to Look for on Pallet (Oversized) Shipments
- Items arriving without a pallet.
- Torn shrink wrap.
- Dents, rips, or holes in the box(es).
- Cracks on countertops, vanities, or bathtubs.
- Items not strapped securely to the pallet.
- Wet or dirty box(es).
Important Notes
The Bill of Lading is a binding contract. Once you sign it, you take possession of the product. If
you fail to note any visible damages or issues at the time of delivery, Bathify may not be able to
assist with replacements or claims for damages.
- You have 48 hours to report any damages, defects, or missing items to info@bathify.ca.
Claims submitted after this period may limit our ability to provide resolutions.
- To assist with your claim, please complete our Incident Report Form.
- Please keep all packaging and pallets intact until the issue is resolved.
Small Packages
For smaller items like faucets, sinks, or shower systems:
- A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
- Delivery will be made directly by the carrier without prior scheduling.
- If you miss the delivery, the carrier may leave a notification for pickup at their closest pick
up point.
Missed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery is missed or refused, the shipment may be returned to Bathify. Customers are
responsible for return shipping fees and any additional storage fees incurred.
Additional Notes
- Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping
confirmation email.
- If the delivery is delayed or you encounter issues tracking your package, please contact
us at info@bathify.ca.
- For oversized shipments delivered on pallets, ensure you have assistance available to
bring the items inside, as delivery is curbside only.
