By applying to the Bathify Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Bathify reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this program at any time.

Eligibility & Approval

  • The Bathify Affiliate Program is managed through Shopify Collabs.
  • All affiliates must apply and be approved before earning commissions.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
  • Bathify reserves the right to reject applications at its sole discretion.

Commission & Payments

  • Approved affiliates earn a 5% commission on eligible sales made through their unique referral link.
  • Commission is only paid on completed and non-refunded purchases.
  • Affiliates are not entitled to commissions for purchases made through their own referral link.
  • Payments are processed through Shopify Collabs and issued once the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold for Shopify Collabs.

Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote Bathify products through websites, social media, email newsletters, and other approved marketing channels.
  • Paid search advertising, misleading promotions, and unauthorized brand bidding are strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates cannot represent themselves as official Bathify representatives or make false claims about products.

Program Termination

  • Bathify reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if they violate these terms.
  • Affiliates who fail to generate sales within 6 months may be removed from the program.
  • Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
