Price Matching

We pride ourselves in ensuring you will find the best price on Bathify.ca and Bathify.com, all year round. If you find a lower price with another online retailer or online authorized dealer before you buy, we may be able to match that price. We do not match in-store prices or in-store quotations from other retailers.  Please review all requirements for a valid price match below. 

 

Requirements:

  • Competitors' prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as import fees and shipping.
  • The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price*.
  • Bathify reserves the right to verify the lower price prior to sale.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery by the competitor.
  • The item must be of the identical brand and model.
  • The item must be new and factory-sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.
  • The item must be sold by an authorized online retailer or dealer located in Canada.
  • Promo codes applied to Bathify product prices are not applicable in combination with the price match policy.

*Special sale prices include: Black Friday, Black Friday Month, Black Friday Prices, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, pre-orders, point-of-sale, restricted offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items, and financing offers.


Price Adjustment

Only purchases made within 14 days prior to a change in price and within applicable promotional item limits, are eligible for a price adjustment. Please contact us to submit a price adjustment request. Price adjustments may vary by product, with exclusions for made-to-order items.
