Bathify Return Policy

At Bathify, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve designed our return process to be as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please review the details below to make your return experience seamless.

General Return Guidelines

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.*

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition.
  • Free from scratches, dents, or defects.
  • In their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Restocking fees may apply to certain items. Please refer to the Returns By Brand section for details.

What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or liquidation.
  • Custom or special-order items made just for you. This includes all MYLO-brand bathroom vanities.
  • Toilet seats or personal hygiene products, including bidets.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in brand new condition, including all packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@bathify.ca.

Order Cancellations

We’ll do our best to cancel your order upon request. However, if the item has already reached the shipping stage, we unfortunately may not be able to fulfill this request. In this case, the order will need to be processed as a return, and our standard return process followed.

Refused deliveries will result in the customer being responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the original outbound shipping costs, if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5-10 business days for it to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Original shipment fees on orders are not refundable in the event of a general return.

If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider or reach out to our team for assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We do our best to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition; however, in rare cases, accidents may happen. Rest assured, we're here to help you and will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Please follow our steps for inspecting your delivery here.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours.

Reporting issues promptly allows us to assist you effectively. Claims submitted after 48 hours may limit our ability to provide resolutions. We are unable to address issues regarding damages, including visible or material defects, once the product has been installed or altered.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How It Works:

  1. Log in to your account on account.bathify.ca to begin the return process. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one here. An account is necessary to set up returns.
  2. Select the order(s) you wish to return, and submit your return request.
  3. A Bathify team member will follow up on your return request, and provide a return shipment quote.
  4. Follow the return instructions provided to return your item.
  5. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a return.

Steps to Follow

  1. Verify Product Condition:
    Ensure the product is in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
    Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage will not be eligible for a return.
  2. Prepare for Return Shipping:
    • Ground (Small Parcel) Shipments: Securely place the product back in the external shipping box it arrived in.
    • LTL (Pallet) Shipments: If your item arrived on a pallet, it must be securely reattached to the original pallet for safe transport.
    • Return Shipping Options: Return shipping can be arranged either by the customer or through Bathify. If using our carrier, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Use appropriate packing materials to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Label the Package:
    Depending on the size and type of your return, you will receive either a Small Parcel Shipping Label or a Bill of Lading (BOL) from our team.
    Ensure that any old shipping labels are removed or fully covered to avoid confusion during transit.
    Keep a copy of the Small Parcel Tracking Number or BOL for your records
  5. Schedule or Drop Off the Return:
    • For Small Parcels: Drop off the packaged item at your nearest shipping carrier outlet.
    • For Pallet Shipments: A pick-up will be scheduled with the carrier. Please ensure someone is available during the scheduled time to release the shipment to the driver.
  6. Return Timeframe:
    All returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  7. Confirmation & Next Steps:
    Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.

Bathify is not responsible for any labour costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling purchased items.

All shipping times are approximate, and Bathify cannot be held liable for unexpected delays. We recommend waiting to receive and inspect all products before scheduling installation to avoid complications with professional trade bookings.
