Yes, we offer FREE ground shipping on most orders over $50 for Canadian residents. FREE LTL freight shipping is available for residents of Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba.
Freight shipping is used for large or heavy items, like vanities and bathtubs. Items are delivered on pallets with curbside delivery only
Yes, freight shipments require someone to be available to accept the delivery. Carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
For freight shipments, items are delivered to your driveway or loading dock. You will need to arrange for the item(s) to be brought inside.
Refused deliveries will result in the customer being responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original outbound shipping costs, if applicable.
If a delivery is missed, the shipment may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any storage fees.
Yes, deliveries to remote or rural areas may incur an additional shipping fee. Our team will contact you with options.
Look for torn shrink wrap, dents, rips, holes, missing strapping, or damaged boxes. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading.
